What is EFT & RTT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counselling that stimulates acupressure points by pressuring, tapping, or rubbing these points while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or traumata. It is a very gentle calming tool that allows us to deal with emotions and limiting beliefs attached to events that are too stressful to visit straight away.

 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is the Marisa Peer method of hypnotherapy, a solution-based treatment offering fast, effective, and long-lasting change. Through RTT you revisit the past to gain the knowledge of the when, why, how we came up the limiting beliefs and emotions. With these realisations, this information gives us the ability to disrupt the old thought programs and let go the stuck emotions holding us back, as we reprogram more positive healthier thoughts and feelings into our subconscious for a happy more powerful version of ourselves.
